Position Description
Software design, development, test and documentation. Provide technical support for QA and Production; Participate in requirements gathering process in software development projects; Research and evaluate technology solutions and architectures; Communicate with business groups and customers to provide necessary assistance in understanding technical solutions.

Requirements |
Minimum Requirements
4+ years experience in software development using C++ , C# or Java and Knowledge of company business processes, data structures and systems; excellent research and analysis skills; excellent communication skills. Experience in computer software design and development. Experience with healthcare insurance business is a plus.
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Must have:
Strong object oriented development skills;
Strong communication skills in technical specifications, system documentation and on-going systems support.
Strong experience in MS Windows 2000/XP/2003 platforms.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with one following programming languages: C#, Java (C# is preferred).
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle preferable) as well as knowledge of SQL language.
Pluses:
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft .NET technology.
Hands-on experience in Oracle database technologies.
Previous experience in scripting languages (Tcl/Tk).
Experience in healthcare claim processing.
Must be reliable and devoted to completing assigned projects on schedule with minimal supervision.
Education
4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
